  this place needs to be shut down !!!!
  this place was filthy all over, the fire exit was blocked off by a double wardrobe, all window sills are rotted away walls and wall paper where falling apart, the stay was not very comfortable, there was damp covered by mirrors and pictures there was also electrical wires hanging from the ceiling outside bedroom 7, the room was booked 5 days before we went up and i said on the phone when booking a triple room that it was for 5 people and i got told that all 5 could stay in this room when on arrival 2 people where kicked out the room and told that they had to pay for a separate room costing £50 on top of £75 that we had already paid when the manager was told that we got told 5 could stay in that room he said it that we were lied to no discount given so 2 had to stay in there vehicles if booking this hotel or lack of hotel i would never listen to any one that has said this place is decent enough to stay in i would of rather slept in a box on a highway there was lack of service for breakfast no cereals like it said on the website. everything about this hotel makes wales look like a s*** tip (excuse my language) if you are needing a place to stay then do not stay at this hotel you will be very very disappointed and shocked how they are still open and running.
